Charlevoix Area Community Pool (CACP) Refund / Cancellation Policy

Pool Passes (General, Group Exercise, Swim Team, etc.) and Swim Team Registration Dues are non-refundable / non-transferable.

Group Lessons: Lessons must be paid upon enrollment. Cancellations must be made seven (7) days before your child's first day of swim lessons to receive a refund. No refunds will be granted after classes have begun. Make-ups are not allowed unless CACP cancels the class.

Special Events: Refunds will only be issued if CACP cancels an event.

Private Lessons: Lessons must be paid upon enrollment. No-shows or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be charged to the client. No refunds are given for missed/unused private lessons. Lessons must be scheduled within 3 months from the purchase date and used within 6 months of that date. The participant is expected to be punctual. The instructor is not obligated to stay past the scheduled time or appointment.

Pool Rental: Must be booked 2 weeks in advance. Payment is required at the time of scheduling. Refunds will only be issued if CACP cancels the rental.
