Lifeguard Certification

Lifeguard training classes are offered year-round at the Pool. You must be age 15 to take a class. Our lifeguards range from high school students to retirees. Those who pass the training may be asked to join our staff. Hours are flexible; some lifeguards work as little as 10 hours a week. We ALWAYS need lifeguards, especially for events where we may need five lifeguards at one time. For questions, please call (231) 547-0982.
