Charlevoix Area Community Pool (CACP) Refund / Cancellation Policy

Pool Passes (General, Group Exercise, Swim Team, etc.) and Swim Team Registration Dues are non-refundable / non-transferable.

Group Lessons: Lessons need to be paid upon enrolling. Cancellations must be done seven (7) days prior to your child's first day of swim lessons in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be granted after classes have begun. Make-ups are not allowed unless the class is cancelled by CACP.

Special Events: Refunds will be provided only if cancelled by CACP.

Private Lessons: Lessons need to be paid upon enrolling. No-shows or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be charged to the client. No refunds are given for missed/unused private lessons. Lessons must be scheduled within 3 months from purchase date and used within 6 months of the purchase date. The participant is expected to be punctual and understand that the instructor may have appointments immediately preceding or following their appointment. The instructor is not obligated to stay past the allotted time scheduled or the appointment.

Pool Rental: Must be booked 2 weeks in advance. Payment is required at the time of scheduling. No refunds, unless cancelled by CACP.
